Refund policy

Whip City Jerky does not refund orders that have been shipped, if they are lost, damaged, or tampered with. If the tracking number confirms the order was shipped by Whip City Jerky, any claim related to damaged boxes or product, or missing boxes should be directed to the USPS. Whip City Jerky will assist the customer to place a claim with USPS, while WCJ is not directly liable for the damage. WCJ does not directly insure your order. If Whip City Jerky packed the order incorrectly, you received something different than you ordered, or there is a valid quality issue with the product, WCJ will work with you to provide a refund or will ship a new order as may be determined best meets all parties wishes. If Whip City Jerky shipped the product, and USPS delivered the product, but the box or contents is damaged a claim should be made to USPS.
